J.R. Krause grew up in the woodsy town of Chelmsford, Massachusetts. He is an award-winning animator and designer. A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, he has worked on many television shows, including The Simpsons and Futurama. He is the author-illustrator of DRAGON NIGHT (G. P. Putnam's Sons).
