Dev Petty
Dev Petty is the author of I Don't Want to be a Frog.
Dev used to work in Visual Effects in film where she sat in a terribly dark room for ten years working as a texture painter. She thought it was wonderful. You can go to IMDB and look her up! When she had her daughters, she didn't think she'd ever find something nearly as wonderful to do with her time.
She then found writing and realized that it would be pretty awesome to write books for kids. So she did!
She lives in Albany, California right near her hometown, Berkeley and is married to her childhood sweetheart!
